The second concert of the season will be on Saturday, January 22 with Themes and Variations by Brahms, Rachmaninoff and Elgar.  

Yin Yin Huang Acevedo's vivacious piano interpretation of Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini will thrill the audience. 

The Symphony's Annual POPS concert will take place April 2nd, 2010. 

Just in: Originally, the POPS matinee, had been removed because of budget concerns. But, with a new sponsor stepping in, it has been reinstated in this season's schedule!  The Matinee will be performed on Saturday, April  2 at 3:00  p.m  in the afternoon and the traditional evening POPS will remain at the usual 8:00 p.m. hour. 

The theme will be "The Wild, Wild West" and promises to be a memory-jogger with music from stage and screen by Copland, Wiliams, Bernstein and many more! Guest conductor Dr. Robert Frelly will bring it all to life. 

Ending the season will be the "All American" concert on Saturday, May 21, 2010, featuring Stills' The American Scene, No. 5, Grofe's Grand Canyon Suite, Copland's Old American Songs, and Hanson's Symphony No. 3 "Romantic".  Guest conductor Hector Salazar will make you glad you came.
