La Mirada~Over fifty residents & clergy leaders gathered on a beautiful late summer afternoon in the courtyard at the Civic Center Plaza for the annual La Mirada Prayer for 9/11.

The event had a theme of unity and recognized those we lost from the September 11^th, 2001 attacks and also paid tribute to past and current emergency personnel and military members.

Speakers from Temple Beth Ohr, La Mirada Christian Church, La Mirada Masjid, and Living Faith Church were featured.
